Who is responsible for your data?
Bartosz Korus is the controller of personal data relating to contact with BFC Silesia. The club is not yet a registered organisation. Controller contact details: office@bfcsilesia.pl, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 93b, 44-178 Przyszowice, Poland.
Contact and purpose of processing
Your name, email address, subject and message are used only to handle your enquiry and subsequent correspondence. Providing details is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address. Do not send health information. The lawful basis for handling correspondence is the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries seeking to enter into a contract may be handled under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The form remains inactive until the email service is configured.
Services and security
The website is prepared for ChatGPT Sites hosting using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. The form is intended to use Brevo, with the office@bfcsilesia.pl mailbox at home.pl. Brevo is not connected yet. Processing agreements, processing locations and any safeguards for transfers outside the EEA must be determined before activation. Form protection includes validation, a hidden anti-spam field and attempt frequency limits.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence will be kept while the matter is handled and for up to 6 months afterwards, unless further retention is required by law, ongoing cooperation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Hosting technical data is retained according to provider policies. The controller does not make automated decisions or profile users. Depending on the basis for processing, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.
Analytics, cookies and social media
The website contains no analytics, advertising pixels or embedded Facebook or LinkedIn feeds. Photographs are hosted with the website. Facebook opens only when you click a link, after which its policies apply. The private Sites preview may require owner sign-in and use platform authentication mechanisms.
